-Perform sales and market planning for both sales and rentals-Plan, coordinate, schedule, and control all Sales and Rental activity and installations-Coordinate and call on businesses and organizations that are in the market areas that provide the primary prospects for potential new business and on-going business-Prepare proposals for prospect presentations-Prepare sales and rental budgets and forecasts-Develop and maintain suitable performance measurements to ensure objectives of company are being met-Provide data regarding the sales and rental performance of the business -Assure that all weekly payroll data is accurate and timely-Develop effective ideas and materials for sales presentations, advertising, and promotions for all services offered by the company-Provide information, communication, and research to the Division Lead to make the Management more effective-Provide daily and weekly sales, marketing and rental reports-Network with relevant industry group and peer organizations; and review relevant publications on industry practices and opportunities-Select and hire cover team leaders and members for his/her area in conjunction with HR-Provide written evaluation of personnel reporting directly to this position at least once per year and verbal evaluation at least one additional time-Manage fleet of all vehicles directly in use to cover his/her area-Ensure that deliveries and rental installations have been completed on a timely basis and the quality meets the customer satisfaction-Ensure proposals and quotations are furnished to customers and prospects on a timely basis-Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of rental and sales customers-Ensure departmental records are current and accurate-Ensure customer quality and service complaints are minimal and those that arise are dealt with promptly-Check consistently that displays, advertising, and promotional materials are available, as appropriate to support the Sales and rental efforts-Provide the Division Lead with the information and cooperation to assure smooth operation and achievement of company goals and objectives-See that all special assignments have been completed as agreed and scheduled
