Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, breakrooms, front office areas, and facility entrances, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Collect and transport trash, recyclables, and scrap materials from workstations, placing them in designated bins, balers, or dumpsters
- Operate the paper baler, secure bales with wires, and use a hoist or forklift to stack and load materials safely
- Organize and return skids, ply-board, and cartons to proper storage locations in the facility
- Assist with event setup and perform additional housekeeping or facility maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures while using equipment, including forklifts, and maintain accurate records of processed materials

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or facility maintenance
- Experience operating a paper baler, hoist, or forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with recycling processes and waste management best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate equipment properly, including forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently
