Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and instructions to fabricate metal components.
Cut, shape, and form various metals using saws, cutting torches, presses, and ironworkers.
Assemble fabricated parts and structures using proper techniques to ensure precision and durability.
Perform MIG welding on parts when needed but focus primarily on metal fabrication and assembly.
Operate material handling equipment such as hoists, cranes, pallet jacks, and carts safely.
Ensure all fabricated components meet quality control standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by company management.

Qualifications:
Fabrication experience ??? ability to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.
Able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Comfortable using fabrication tools such as saws, torches, presses, and ironworkers.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position: stand for 8+ hours, routine stooping and bending, and occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Exceptional work ethic with a positive and professional attitude.
Required to wear OSHA-mandated safety equipment and follow all company safety protocols.
Dependable attendance is essential to the success of this role.
Able to pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
