Primary Responsibilities: Always perform all work in a safe manner. Unload finish roll(s) from extruder Load extrusion machine with spindle and core for next roll. Weigh, record quality & production data and load onto skid. Perform Resin checks for proper hook up Cut cores per traveler specifications Complete and record all quality control checks in a timely manner Maintain accurate production and quality control records. Follow work instructions to ensure customer specifications are followed. Assist supervisor or lead with equipment or line adjustments Alert supervisor or lead of any problems on the line Package finished product per customer specifications Finish skid by banding load to skid Maintain an organized and clean work environment Other tasks as assigned
