Administrative Support:-- Serve as the primary gatekeeper, screening calls, visitors, and appointments to prioritize the Director's focus on key matters.-- Prepare detailed reports, spreadsheets, and presentations relevant to organizational activities.-- Develop written communications, such as emails, letters, and announcements, as directed.-- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and accommodations.Schedule and Calendar Management:-- Maintain and organize the Directors calendar to ensure efficient time management.-- Facilitate appointments, meetings, and events with internal teams and external stakeholders.Communication and Coordination:-- Act as a liaison between the Director and other staff members, or external parties.-- Coordinate timely updates for emails, website content, and all communications.-- Assist in planning and executing organizational events.General Office and Event Support:-- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing reimbursements, submitting reports, and managing purchase requests.--Provide support for special events

High School Diploma3+ years most current experience as an executive or administrative assistant is required.Proven ability to work with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management systems.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Engaging interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff
