2-week project with potential to become a full-time role
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the Executive Team?s schedules, travel arrangements, and daily logistics
Plan and coordinate high-level meetings, training events, speaking engagements, and business functions
Handle inbox and communications; screen calls and draft responses with discretion
Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation, including expenses
Perform general office and administrative duties, including light bookkeeping and supply management
Act as a reliable support system, stepping in on ad hoc projects as needed
Serve as a back-up to the Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Excellent planner and multi-tasker

Diplomatic and professional in all interactions
Confident decision-maker with sound judgment
Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to global business needs

Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
8-12 years supporting C-level executives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize, and follow through in fast-paced environments
