Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled, updated, and communicated effectively.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle communications promptly and professionally.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences for executives.
Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all materials are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, maintain office supplies, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Data Management: Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of information.
Special Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by executives, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management software and other office technologies is a plus.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
