Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:
CEO Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Donor Relations: Assist with donor meetings, prepare materials, and maintain accurate records.
Financial Administration: Manage expense reports, assist with accounting functions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Departmental Support: Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative assistance as needed.
Confidentiality: Handle Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Office Operations: Ensure smooth office operations and provide general administrative support.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelor's degree
Previous non-profit experience
Salesforce or other CRM experience
Experience working with families and children

What You Bring
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a non-profit setting (experience with similar organizations highly desirable!).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. -
A genuine passion for the Make-A-Wish mission.
Must be able to work on-site in our Camarillo office, Monday-Friday, 40 hours
