Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with discretion.
Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics.
Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders in alignment with organizational policies.
Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
Arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel-related documents are current and accurate.
Executive phone reception.
Producing correspondence.
Collecting, assembling and generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Person must be detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Associate
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Board Members
Minimum of 7 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant
Associate's degree from a Business College
