Responsibilities include but not limited to: Drafting wills and trusts, providing legal advice, establishing powers of attorney, probate guidance, estate tax planning, asset protection, and updating estate plans.                                                                                                   

What we are looking for: Strong knowledge of tax laws, effective communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to problem solve in high pressure situations, self-motivated, license to practice law in the state of Minnesota, 4+ years of experience with a book of business is ideal but 1-2 year attorneys will be considered.
