An Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently running complex automated assembly machines. They monitor and respond to machine faults, keep stations and fixtures aligned, and perform repetitive, detailed tasks with high attention to quality. The operator plays a key role in ensuring medical devices are assembled to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately learn to operate highly complex machinery
- Ensure product quality through precise machine handling and operator performance
- Perform major machine adjustments, changeovers, and setups independently
- Install and adjust feeder bowls, fixtures, and other machine components
- Conduct minor mechanical repairs (e.g., changing test heads, pins, etc.)
- Utilize critical thinking skills to investigate issues and analyze data for resolution
- Operate multiple complex machines as needed with flexibility
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Solvent bonding processes
- Shot weight measurements
- Multiple stations and components
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
