Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Daytime Hours
Pay Range Range: $16-$20/hour
Work Environment:
Various professional office settings at client locations
May require occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 20 lbs)
Prolonged periods of sitting and using office equipment and computers
Responsibilities:
Type and format documents
Compose and proofread professional correspondence, emails and documents, including letters, reports, presentations and memos
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes and distribute meeting details
Maintain accurate records and databases, including update information and generate reports
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate staff members
Schedule appointments, meetings and coordinate with team members' schedules
Input information into spreadsheets
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensure documents are organized and accessible
Order office supplies, maintain inventory, coordinate vendors
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to learn new software quickly
Previous administrative experience

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Advanced organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Excellent customer service orientation
Professional demeanor and appearance - including exceptional phone etiquette
Demonstrate reliable work ethic and excellent attendance record
Ability to follow through on tasks and work efficiently
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to problem solve - identify and resolve administrative issues
