Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Execution:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
Develop comprehensive project scopes, detailed schedules, and accurate budgets in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to assign tasks, resolve complex issues, and ensure project milestones are consistently met.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining solid relationships and providing regular, transparent updates on project progress.
Develop and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are clearly understood and met.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Documentation and Financial Oversight:
Oversee comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, detailed reports, and change orders.
Monitor financial performance meticulously, ensuring profitability targets are consistently achieved.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project financial records.
Team Development and Culture:
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Mentor junior staff members to support their professional growth and development.
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Advanced knowledge of:

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
