Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities in Assembly:
- Execute general assembly tasks, including labeling, taping, masking, coating, and assembling components onto boards using both manual and machine operations.
- Utilize tools such as pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various assembly steps.
- Cut board assemblies from panels using side cutters or specialized depanelizing equipment.
- Assemble circuit boards into finished products.
Responsibilities in Soldering:
- Conduct hand soldering operations and assemble electronic components under a microscope using a soldering iron and wire solder.
- Inspect parts by holding boards/panels under a microscope.
- Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work with small components under a microscope.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers and cutters.
- Steady hand-eye coordination for soldering and assembly tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and read basic assembly blueprints or work orders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for minor assembly and soldering issues.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing.
