Responsibilities:
Follow specific methods for assembling products, including wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing. ??? Set up and adjust assemblies to meet blueprint specifications and tolerances. ??? Perform quality checks to ensure products meet set standards. ??? Work on routine and semi-routine tasks, identifying any deviations from standard practices. ??? Recommend improvements to assembly processes based on observed needs. ??? Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively (heavier lifting with assistance) and to stand or walk for extended periods. ??? Manual dexterity to handle small components and perform precise tasks. ??? Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
