Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including cranes, to safely lift and position signs.
Perform stick welding to assemble sign components, fabricate structural supports, and make necessary repairs.
Oversee and participate in electrical work related to sign installation, such as wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes.
Coordinate and perform concrete work, including pouring foundations, setting forms, and ensuring proper curing of concrete for sign base installation.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure correct installation of signs.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and available on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Maintain accurate records of installations, including progress reports and job site documentation.
Work closely with project managers, clients, and other departments to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - Required for transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites.
Crane Operation Experience - Experience in operating cranes and other heavy equipment, with a valid crane operator certification preferred.
Concrete Work Experience - Experience with pouring, mixing, and finishing concrete, as well as setting foundations for large signs.

Stick Welding Certification ??? Proven experience with stick welding, with the ability to fabricate and repair sign structures as needed.
Electrical Knowledge ??? Ability to perform electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and installations for illuminated signs. Knowledge of local electrical codes required.
