As an Electrical Project Managing Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, integrating, and managing multiple projects focused on enhancing our fitness equipment offerings. From concept to production, you'll lead the charge in delivering high-quality products that exceed the expectations of our customers and set new standards in the industry.

- Independent ownership of factories to control the manufacturing process from start to finish
- Employs more than 200 certified fitness advocates to ensure the best care of their customers
Responsibilities:
- Function as the technical leader for design and market requirements, communicating these ideas to the project team to set the engineering product specifications
- Communicate between North America Marketing and Asia-based factory engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on technical issues and customer requirements
- Lead Project planning/definition, DFMEA, design analysis and verification efforts
- Ensure NPD process is followed, NPD checklist and documentation is maintained, and project milestones and deadlines are met.
- International travel: Approximately 2 to 4 trips to overseas facilities in Taiwan, China, and/or Vietnam
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years engineering technical project management
- Experience with PCB layout ? Experience with EMC/EMI requirements and mitigation techniques
- Experience with embedded system design and best practices
