Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Report Generation: Accurately input and maintain data related to office operations and EHS activities. Generate reports regularly and as needed, ensuring the data is complete, accurate, and easily accessible for management and other stakeholders.
- Chart Creation & Data Visualization: Create and maintain charts, graphs, and other visual aids to represent data trends and key metrics. Analyze data and present it in a clear, concise, and actionable format to support decision-making.
- EHS Training and Support: Conduct basic training sessions for new and existing employees on safety procedures and protocols. Provide guidance and support to ensure employees adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Procurement & Ordering: Oversee the ordering and distribution of safety equipment, including but not limited to boots, uniforms, and other personal protective equipment (PPE). Track inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure a consistent supply of required items.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, including internal EHS-related sessions, office events, and departmental meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up actions and communications as needed.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in an office or EHS-related environment.
- Previous experience in data entry, report generation, or training is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
