This is a great opportunity to work with a premier 3PL in the Charleston area. This will be a temp to perm opportunity. The Admin Import/export Clerk Administrator will be responsible for the administrative support of our 3PL operations, with a particular emphasis on data management and reporting using Microsoft Excel. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Daily reporting
Cross checking of documentation
Working with Director of Operations and team to maintain data
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Data Entry and Management:
Accurately enter import data into company databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain and update import tracking spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
Utilize Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) to analyze and report on import data.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on import activities, including shipment status, costs, and delays.
Analyze import data to identify trends and potential issues.
Provide data-driven insights to improve import processes.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to coordinate shipments.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide timely updates on shipment status.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in import/export or logistics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
