Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management to maintain warehouse efficiency.
• Read and interpret shipping documents to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Anticipate and plan for production and shipping needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize workflow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates.
• Inspect and evaluate orders, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist manufacturing by picking up finished goods and placing them in warehouse locations.
• Develop a strong understanding of warehouse layout and materials locations to improve efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment, identifying potential hazards and suggesting improvements.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Skills:

• Experience in materials management.
• Class A CDL for expanded shipping responsibilities.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to work across multiple areas with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail to read and interpret shipping documents.
• Willingness to obtain a lift truck license (if not already certified).
