-Interact in a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and effective manner-Process and input all customer orders-Produce stock reports to check for product availability-Produce all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders-Coordinate special and last minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary-Provide follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met-Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices-Prepare shipping and tracing information to customers as required-Maintain damage records and back order logs-Communicate customer feedback to management including any signs of dissatisfaction-Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of the accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes-Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files-Maintain current and accurate procedure manual, which details the processing requirements for each account

-Experience with (Manhattan/SAP/Blue Yonder/Red Prairie) Warehouse Management System preferred-Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred-MHE experience or desire to learn MHE
-HS diploma or equivalent required-Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment-Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)-Basic typing skills-Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations-Good visual acuity to inspect shipments-Ability to input data on the computer to create a daily inventory report-Accuracy in recordkeeping and in sorting, checking, counting, and verifying items received-Strong time management, organizational, multi-tasking, planning and self-motivation skills-Proficiency in reading and responding to customer emails in a timely fashion, as well as answering the phone-Coachable and able to receive constructive feedback-Must present a high level of professionalism -Experience working in a warehouse shipping and receiving window -Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed by the customer-Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours-Must be able to lift and move totes up to 50-100 pounds
