Responsible for accurate and efficient preparation and processing of participant distributions and loan requests in compliance while adhering to the provisions of the IRS and each company's qualified retirement plan provisions. In addition to the maintenance & administration of our online investment providers while ensuring transactions and all tasks are accurate and processed efficiently in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
? Prepare, and process participant requests for distributions and loans while verifying eligibility, vesting, and plan provisions on all transactions in an efficient manner.
? Perform quality control to verify that all applicable policies and legal requirements are adhered to with processing all requests.
? Serve as a client, participant, consultant, and Alliance contact; handling phone calls and written correspondence in a professional manner.
? Document all pertinent client, participant, Consultant, investment provider conversations in the designated programs.
? Responsible for protecting and securing confidential information and documents.
? Assist Alliance Manager with preparation, review, and completion of alliance forms.
? Assists with both Distribution Services and Alliance Departments with mailing projects, various seasonal projects, and tasks.
? May include but not limited to; Annual Report Distributions, Corrective Distributions, RMDs, Participant Vesting Submissions, Autorollovers, Fee Disclosures, and PPA Annual Notices.
? Tracks all work in company's designated programs while monitoring deadlines.
? Report analysis and assist with special projects as assigned.
? Maintain satisfactory attendance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Skilled in professional customer service techniques with strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to concentrate, be highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interpret complex information and utilize resources to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to research and propose accurate and detailed solutions to administrative questions.
- Ability to speak, read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to pass the NIPA Distribution Administrators course.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
? Two years (minimum) administrative/professional experience which includes customer service (highly preferred in the banking/financial, legal or insurance service fields)
? Proficiency in MS Applications predominately MS Word and Excel.
