Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills:Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with drivers, passengers, and other staff members over the radio and telephone.
Decision-making abilities:Quickly assess situations and make informed decisions to address unexpected delays or service disruptions.
Technical proficiency:Familiarity with dispatching software, GPS systems, and other computer applications used in transit operations.
Attention to detail:Accurately monitor schedules, routes, and vehicle locations to maintain efficient service.
Stress management: Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
