The Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance will play a key role in ensuring that our programs meet regulatory standards, promote continuous improvement, and align with best practices in early childhood education. Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure our services meet high standards and deliver positive outcomes for children and families.
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure full compliance.
Create and maintain policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with program managers, staff, and external stakeholders to resolve challenges and support program effectiveness.
Oversee the collection and analysis of program data, providing regular reports to leadership and external partners to track performance and compliance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Master's degree preferred
Experience in an early childhood learning environment
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Administration, Social Work or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program management in a non-profit or educational setting.
Deep knowledge of early childhood education regulations and standards.
Proven experience in conducting audits, assessments, and reporting for compliance purposes.
Experience writing grants
Leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
