-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field-7+ years of progressive success in Purchasing or Supply Chain-Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements-Demonstrated supplier and project management skills-Strong contract development and supplier negotiation skills are a plus-Proven success in CPG or Manufacturing industries-Proven success in Commodity or Packaging industries is a plus
