Responsibilities:
Update and maintain the company website, including products, photos, descriptions, and functionality.
Ensure inventory availability online and accurate shipping calculations.
Monitor and update online reviews and oversee customer engagement through comments and feedback.
Manage third-party e-commerce platforms, including Amazon.
Oversee and manage advertising accounts on Facebook, Google, and Bing.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize ad spend losses.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies quickly to meet sales goals.
Execute email marketing, newsletters, and SMS campaigns.
Create and schedule social media posts to drive engagement and sales.
Oversee the creation of photos, videos, and other content, including outsourcing as needed.
Develop and submit monthly and quarterly sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Provide detailed performance reports.
Share monthly sales plans with all departments.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
Familiarity with online shipping and inventory management.
Knowledge of social media management tools and content creation workflows.
Background in e-commerce or retail marketing with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Proven experience in high-volume PPC advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, preferably "BigCommerce."
Experience with email marketing and SMS platforms like Listrak.
Ability to analyze website and ad performance data to make informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining records and reports.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
