We are looking for hands-on and detail-oriented Die Service Technicians to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of die cast equipment and molds. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting production quality through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and inventory tracking. Responsibilities:
-Respond to die maintenance calls, troubleshoot and identify problems, and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
-Perform preventative maintenance on die cast and mold equipment to avoid unnecessary downtime.
-Install, rebuild, modify, and clean die parts as required.
-Monitor and maintain an organized inventory of spare parts; research and procure components when needed.
-Track downtime issues and use data to recommend and implement improvements or preventative actions.
-Accurately complete and submit required documentation and inventory reports.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-Previous experience (1-2 years) in die/mold maintenance or similar mechanical roles.
-Experience with production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
-Hands-on experience with basic welding, mold maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
-Skilled in the use of hand tools, pneumatic tools, grinders, bandsaws, multimeters, and electrical tools.
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
