Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production and maintenance schedules to ensure resource alignment and availability.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize resource utilization and meet business objectives.
Set and maintain optimal inventory levels by analyzing customer demands, forecasts, and trends.
Generate and manage purchase and forecast orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Work closely with R&D on new projects and production plans.
Proactively identify and address potential issues in products, processes, and the quality system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve issues proactively.
Create and maintain department metrics and reports, including year-end inventory statistics and vendor management reports.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in medical device, technology, or pharmaceutical industries (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPP, or CPIM (preferred).

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in material management, inventory control, purchasing, or supply chain.
Proficiency with ERP systems in environments such as SOP-MPS, JIT, and KANBAN.
Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
