We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly and Deburring Technician to join a medical device manufacturing team. This role involves assembling mechanical products, deburring components, operating a laser marking machine, and performing cleaning tasks in a production environment. Responsibilities:
Assembly and Deburring Tasks:
Assemble mechanical products using electric tools like wrenches and screwdrivers.
Perform deburring at a workbench to remove sharp edges using a bench grinder with abrasive wheels.
Follow written instructions carefully to ensure accurate product assembly.
Laser Marking and Cleaning:
Operate a laser marking machine, placing parts in fixtures, marking them, and organizing in trays.
Wash and clean production parts using Dawn soap, hot water, and ultrasonic baths to remove coolant.
Operate ultrasonic tanks and drying processes to ensure parts are clean and ready for use.
General Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Handle parts carefully to avoid damage.
Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
40 hrs standard WITH 2 WORK TIME CHOICES, they are, 600 AM-230 PM, or 7 AM -330 PM
A 30 hour flex schedule may be available for the right fit candidate that is a working parent or caretaker. ie: 4 days x 7 hrs or 5 days x 6 hrs

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year expereince in manufacturing assembly work is needed
Ability to handle small components and tools with ease.
Capable of moving around easily in a production environment.
Strong focus on following assembly steps in sequence.
Keep parts and workspace orderly for maximum efficiency.
Ability to read and follow written instructions after training.
