We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Debt Collector to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for making up to 100 manual calls daily to contact members regarding delinquent accounts, assisting with account recovery, and maintaining the highest standard of service.

Make outbound calls daily to collect on delinquent accounts.
Enter and manage data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and other software systems.
Collect on all types of loans, including secured, unsecured, and credit cards.
Identify issues related to payment defaults and collaborate with members to resolve them.
Assist in the collection of secured debt and repossessed collateral processing.
Maintain a positive attitude and offer exceptional service to members, treating them with compassion and respect.
Collaborate with team members and accept constructive feedback to improve performance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous call center or teller experience is preferred.
1+ years of experience in collections or a similar role.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel.
A stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous roles (2+ years is preferred).
