Spherion Staffing is hiring a temporary customer service team member for an auto shop in Wichita Falls, TX! The assignment is expected to last 3 months. This individual will play a key role in customer interaction, shop logistics, and assisting the in-house estimating team.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers during drop-off and pickup
- Deliver completed vehicles to customers when needed
- Move vehicles in and out of the shop and within the lot
- Assist the in-house estimator with photo documentation, data entry, and general estimate support
- Communicate clearly with technicians, estimators, and management regarding vehicle status or customer updates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including the front lobby and customer areas
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive or service-related roles is a plus, but not required
- Must comply to wearing a uniform or clothing in company colors while on duty
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to be able to move vehicles safely in and out of the shop or lot
