Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking information on disability benefits, providing clear and accurate guidance over the phone.
Explain the claims process, eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, and expected timelines in a way that is easy to understand.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive client information.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in a call center, healthcare, social services, or benefits administration environment.
Knowledge of disability benefits, insurance claims, or related processes.
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or case management systems.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
