Spherion Staffing is hiring for a local food distributor specializing in meat and specialty grocery items - most of which are local Indiana products. We service large grocery customers, independent retailers and restaurants.
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Associate to work within our Sales Department to focus primarily on our food service and will call customers.

Responsibilities:
Responds promptly to all inquiries from customers via online/phone about orders, products and deliveries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Processes and inputs customer orders
Facilitates in person orders and pickups
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to operate various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, copier, facsimile machine, 10-key, and telephone system.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Speaks fluent English and Spanish
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Restaurant/Food service experience a plus
Excellent customer service skills
