Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
??? Be the first point of contact for customers placing phone, or electronic orders
??? Answer questions, recommend products, and provide order updates
??? Accurately enter and release customer orders using a web-based system
??? Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
??? Occasionally make outbound calls to gather missing order details
