Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, addressing inquiries about our automotive, residential, and commercial glass services.
Sales Promotion: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services, such as windshield replacements, window tinting, and custom glass solutions, to drive sales.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technician time and company resources.
Administrative Duties: Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage office supplies inventory.
Record Keeping: Accurately input customer information, service details, and sales transactions into our system.
Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Organization & Multitasking - Efficient in handling calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting walk-in customers.
Problem-Solving - Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions quickly.

High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the automotive or glass service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems, scheduling software, and quickbooks.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
English and Spanish required.
