Responsibilities:
-Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to voicemails on the same day.
-Address customer inquiries and connect them with the appropriate shop team members.
-Establish trust with potential customers over the phone, guiding them confidently through the products
-Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times.
-Identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
-Answer intercompany calls and ensure professional communication with staff and management.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
-Ability to adapt to changing processes and customer needs.
-Experience working in an E-commerce or parts-related industry.
