Spherion Staffing of Lake and Sumter County has a temp-to-hire opening for a Customer Service Representative. The individual in this role will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish. This role is focused on administrative and client service tasks, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the pay rate is $15.00 per hour. During the training period the hours may be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

There is significant potential for growth, including training in insurance sales for candidates who excel in the role and seek career advancement.

Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.
-Address general client inquiries and direct policy-specific or quote-related questions to licensed agents.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
-Support the team with document preparation, policy updates, and other administrative tasks.
-Ensure a positive client experience by resolving issues in a timely manner.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
-Clean criminal background.
