Pay Rate:
$15 - $16 /hr.

Job Description:

• Respond to customer's inquires and/or complaints regarding the company's products and/or services.
• Respond to calls on a daily basis, incoming and/or returning.
• Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
• Inform customers of procedures and resolutions of problems.
• Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account of incoming telephone calls.
• Process credit card, check and in-warranty orders over the phone.
• Investigate and respond to customer order/billing inquires and process credits if necessary.
• Track packages/shipments through carrier.
• Take initiative and solve customer issues.

Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 480 hours

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Call Center experience is a plus
• High school Diploma Required
