Responsibilities:
Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear information about our services, procedures, and policies.
Maintain and update patient records and appointment schedules in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
Work closely with our medical team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting, is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Ability to interact positively with patients, staff, and visitors in a courteous and empathetic manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office software and electronic health record systems; experience with scheduling and administrative tasks.
Keen eye for accuracy in handling patient information
