- Temp to hire
- Pay rate: $17.50/hr, $18 for bilingual
- Shifts available between 7am-6pm
- 2 weeks onsite training on the West side of Madison with flexibility after that
Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume, inbound calls related to BadgerCare Plus and Medicaid Supplemental Security Income
- Provide support for enrollment, exemptions or disenrollments
- Track and document all conversations in the system
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience or knowledge of insurance or benefits highly preferred
- 1+ years experience in a call center or customer service role with high volume calls
