Responsibilities:
Process and follow up on customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
Address and resolve critical customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Provide effective support to internal staff as needed.
Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) for shipments.
Record and track non-conformance reports.
Trace and monitor customer shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Assist in additional office duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order processing systems is a plus.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a customer service call center or a similar role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
