Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and service-related questions
Provide clear and helpful information about our services to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our database
Process basic account information, including updates and payment-related inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in customer service or call center environment
Familiarity with basic accounting or billing procedures
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and maintain a friendly demeanor
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
