assignment of special ordered services, data entry, organization of special ordered services and clerical
assignments associated with departmental needs.
Responsibilities:
? Answer phone calls
? Set up new customers in system
? Explain types of service available and rates to customers
? Sell services
? Open one-time service requests
? Perform cancellation requests
o Explain cancel process
o Confirm last date of service
? Troubleshoot customer issues
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
? Learn and implement organization, work flow, forms, and procedures.
? Completing standard forms online and on paper.
? Ability to understand and present significant facts obtained from data, when requested.
? Ambition to become familiar with all offered services and rates
? Conscious of competitor pricing and offers
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
? Strong knowledge of English language; written and verbal.
? Computer skills:
o Knowledge of Windows Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
o Ability to learn and master the software system used in the department
? Understanding of customer service etiquette
? Experience with a business phone system
? Ability to post conversational notes on accounts
? Ability to follow instructions.
? Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
? Ability to use diplomacy and discretion at all times
? Ability to direct incoming calls to appropriate party when necessary.
? Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize.
