Director of First Impressions:
Answer, screen, and direct calls in a friendly and courteous manner
Utilize phone system to efficiently resolve customer issues
Greet and screen visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel
Maintain and tidy reception area
Receive, stock, and maintain inventory of office supplies
Perform light janitorial duties
Office Duties:
Data entry
Review customer purchase orders
Enter sales orders
Provide order acknowledgments via professional email
Respond to customer requests for quotation (RFQ)
Process invoices after shipment and email copies to customers
Assist accounting with monthly customer statements
Initiate customer RMA and cancellation actions
Provide administrative support to management and company
Assist with mailings, copying, and faxing related to operations
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
