Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse
Capable of lifting and handling products
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
Training:
Comprehensive training provided for both customer service and warehouse operations
Hands-on product training to ensure thorough understanding of inventory
Systems training, including upcoming SAP implementation
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and inquiries for our extensive automotive belt product line
Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions
Navigate multiple software systems, including upcoming transition to SAP ERP (January 2025)
Conduct product research using digital tools and Google searches
Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including handling and moving products
Maintain excellent communication with both customers and team members
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Adaptable to change and quick to learn new systems
Team player willing to assist in various departments as needed
Comfortable in a casual, close-knit workplace environment
Good sense of humor and ability to handle playful workplace banter

Previous customer service experience, preferably in automotive or industrial parts
Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems

Excellent multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
