- Sunday to Thursday week schedules time to time

Responsibilities:
- Input customer orders and credits, ensuring timely and accurate entry
- Assist customers with inquiries, order issues, and problem-solving
- Contact vendors and request samples for customers
- Handle administrative tasks, including checking faxes, mail, and writing special orders
- Provide professional assistance to the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably within the foodservice industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with administrative duties and order management systems
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 6-12 months of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry and handling customer inquiries
