Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level customer service to customers and medical professionals, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage inventory requests and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Receive a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information.
Utilize professional phone etiquette and maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
Compose professional and accurate written communications, including emails and other correspondence.
Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems.
Utilize Excel to manage and track customer information, inventory, and other relevant data.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in a medical or healthcare-related field.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent written and email communication skills.
