Spherion Staffing of Sarasota is looking to fill some customer service positions in the Sarasota area. You need to be computer savvy and not be sly when talking to customers on the phone, and know your way around emails.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate efforts across multiple teams.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge of customer service principles, and order fulfillment procedures.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and business needs.
Can write, read, speak English
Recent computer skills used in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook email
