Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for daily operations at multiple client locations, including law firms and corporate offices.
Serve as a backup for team members on leave, covering reception, large-scale copy/print production, and mail handling.
Deliver packages, maintain inventory, and ensure all printer and office equipment are functioning properly.
Assist in onboarding new team members and implementing new services across sites.
Maintain compliance with operational best practices and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
Travel between various office environments within the Phoenix metro area, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Qualifications:
Post-high school education is a plus.
Previous experience in office environments such as law firms, mail handling, or large-scale copy/print operations.
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
