A leading service provider is seeking a dedicated and professional Onsite Customer Service Representative (CSR) with bilingual skills in English and Japanese to join our team. As a CSR, you will represent our company at our customer's premises, ensuring adherence to both our company's and customer-specific policies and procedures. This role supports our Account Manager and Sales Team through daily interactions with onsite customers and team members to maximize customer satisfaction and drive continual improvement.

Responsibilities:
Adhere to company and customer Safety Policies and Procedures at all times.
Establish and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with customer representatives.
Act as the main onsite contact for customer and Management Account Management.
Address customer claims and potentially negative situations professionally, completing necessary system documentation as required.
Synchronize customer property receipt and delivery between the customer and our facility.
Document and report pertinent feedback and information to the Account Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring timely bi-directional communication.
Perform any tasks or assignments as requested by supervisory management.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Ability to follow procedures, prioritize multiple tasks, and produce accurate, high-quality, detailed results.
Well-organized, self-starter capable of working independently while promoting a team environment.
Outgoing personality with effective oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers alike.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a customer service-related position.
Bilingual skills in English and Japanese are essential.
Must pass a clear background check (no prior felonies or convictions).
High School diploma or equivalent.
